Im Folgenden soll erörtert werden, inwieweit die übliche Ernährung von Kindern zur ADHS-Problematik beitragen kann.

Der Lebensmittelverzehr der Kinder und Jugendlichen wurde zu den jeweiligen Empfehlungen zur Optimierten Mischkost (optimiX des Forschungsinstituts für Kinderernährung Dortmund) und zu den DACH-Referenzwerten in Bezug gesetzt(Mensink et al. 2007).
