Als erstes werde ich den Begriff der Sozialisation definieren und von den Bereichen der Enkulturation und Erziehung abgrenzen.
Anschließend werde ich verschiedene Sozialisationstheorien aus den Bereichen der Soziologie und der Psychologie vorstellen.
Als nächstes werde ich auf die verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Institutionen eingehen, in welchen Sozialisation vollzogen wird und ihren speziellen Einfluss auf den Heranwachsenden darstellen, um abschließend an Hand der vorgestellten Theorien zu zeigen, in wie weit die Pädagogik in der Praxis die Bedingungen zur Bildung von Persönlichkeit verbessern kann.
